THE THINKING HOUSE

“The new facility strives to ensure that the branding and innovation chains across the food and drink industry in Ireland, ‘start with the consumer and end with the consumer.’”

— Helen King, Director of Consumer Insight - Bord Bia

The Thinking House is a centre of excellence - showcasing Irish Food & Drink.

The new ground floor environment (7,000 sq ft) incorporates - Interactive Gathering Space | Living Room | Viewing Facilities | Workshop Zones | Idea Rooms | Library & Learning Areas.

The transformation of an existing building into a contemporary, adaptable workplace required a seismic shift in thinking and a healthy appetite for cultural change. Physically connected to Bord Bia's workplace, the inspiring concept translates throughout the business. An aspirational and creative space, its virtual capability and leading edge technology allow for global accessibility.  Embracing a fresh approach; storage has been rationalised, meeting areas increased, with environmental graphics working alongside a contrasting palette of sustainable materials. The effective use of an open, relatively shallow floor plate maximises the benefits of natural daylight.
