The MTN store of the future concepts drives scalability and flexibility that compresses the services you expect in store into a simple and compact counter solution, allowing discovery and exploration to fil the rest of the space.  Service consultants are mobile and equipped with all the info and facilities required to consult, advise and close a sale anywhere in the store.


The store design construct a customer flow while each headquarter support different customer tasks. These include the central service counter for customer service and queries, the ’device daycare’ for product maintenance and ‘story walls’ prompting newness and product engagement.
