ROASTERY & CAFE
We worked alongside Java Republic on the opening of its first high street café on Molesworth Street, Dublin 2 and on the extension and upgrade of The Java Republic Roastery & Brand Home - The world’s first purpose-built carbon neutral roastery. The Roastery features a unique café that is open to the public – where you can see coffee being roasted through a two-story high, glass wall.

About client:
Java Republic, now part of family run Spanish coffee company Cafento, was founded in 1998 by David McKernan. David set up the business to take advantage of a gap in the premium coffee market in Ireland: With his passion for fresh, hand roasted coffee and for setting the industry standard for ethics in coffee, Java Republic successfully challenged the coffee industry norms in Ireland.
What we did:
